Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product within 30 days and get a full refund as long as the product is unused and meets the following conditions:

• Original packaging must be in excellent condition
• No missing accessories and parts
• Unsigned Warranty cards should be returned
• Instruction manuals should be in good condition

For damaged, unwanted or defective products, call 1-800-733-3829, secure a Return Authorization Code and follow the return shipping instructions.

In the case of defective products, only return shipping through Standard UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and 4^th Class US Mail will be refunded.
